Skillsoft is aiming to recognize learning and development professionals for their contributions in growing the skills and capabilities of workforces in organizations around the world. The purpose of Learning Leaders Appreciation Day is to acknowledge those working in corporate professional development and encourage them to take pride in their role in developing human capital.
