SkillSoft Joins Forces with China's Top e-Learning Provider

SkillSoft PLC (Nasdaq: SKIL), a leading SaaS provider of e-learning and performance support solutions for global enterprises, government, education and small to medium-sized businesses, today announced that China's top provider of e-learning technologies and education resources, Ambow Education Group, has signed a multi-million dollar agreement spanning several years with SkillSoft Asia Pacific (SkillSoft) as its exclusive distributor to the Chinese enterprise and government markets.

Under the agreement, SkillSoft and Ambow will partner to represent and offer SkillSoft's e-learning solutions and resources. This multi-million dollar agreement will enable Chinese enterprises and governments with localized content and structure in simplified Chinese, local support, and access to SkillSoft's popular curriculum.
