SkillSoft Schedules Fiscal 2009 Second Quarter Conference Call

In conjunction with the release, management will conduct a conference call on Friday, August 22, 2008, at 8:30 a.m. ET, to discuss the Company's operating performance and its outlook for its third fiscal quarter ending October 31, 2008.
