New offering supports U.S. Federal and State Government leadership development aligned with Executive Core Qualifications

NASHUA, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SkillSoft, a leading SaaS provider of e-learning and performance support solutions for global enterprises, government, education and small-to-medium-sized businesses, today announced the availability of SkillSoft Government Leadership Advantage (SGLA), an offering that is targeted at helping U.S. Federal and State Government organizations support the development of key leadership competencies. Government Leadership Advantage provides a wealth of learning and reference resources aligned to the Office of Personnel Management’s Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs). The ECQs represent the established leadership competencies required for entry to the Senior Executive Service and are also used by many government departments and agencies in selection, performance management, and leadership development for many management and executive positions.
